I enjoy the name "Eshan's Affordable Energy Care" because it makes me sound like a local neighborhood electrician, and that's somewhat what I try to be! Our inner emotional lives, or our "energy" is very similar to the electrical systems of a house. An electrician might take a practical look at your circuit breaker if a fuse goes out, and when I do sessions with clients I take a look at the energy in their body to see why they may be struggling.
The reading/healing combo is designed to help you connect to your body and understand your inner world. If you’re in a situation in life where you feel stuck, things feel a little dark/confusing, or you just have a general vibe of “Why is this happening to me?” or “What are my options?'' This service can help you gain some awareness.
Another synonym for energy could be internal belief systems. Often times when we are at a crossroad in life, some limiting belief system in the body, often picked up in the past, is being triggered and holding us back. Energy work is a system of creating gentle awareness of these beliefs and giving them space to release. Once the tension of these beliefs is softened a little bit, it becomes easier to plan and take next steps.
In these fifty minute sessions we have time to explore the energy behind whatever questions you may have. Questions clients ask often revolve around some of these topics:

In your session you will receive an in depth energy reading, healing, and a practical somatic/meditative tool you can take with you going forward.
Sessions are priced on a sliding scale of $20 - $55 for 50 minutes. All appointments are done over the phone.

About
Eshan Singh is an ordained spiritual counselor currently living on the Big Island of Hawaii. Born and raised in Illinois, Eshan's spiritual interest began at age 16 when he started practicing Zen Buddhism with a local meditation group. Eshan appreciated the simple nature of Zen and the importance it pushed in seeing and understanding reality for yourself, rather than accepting another's worldview.
Eshan has since enjoyed practicing other forms of healing such as Authentic Movement, Shamanic Breathwork, Qi-gong, Group Men's work, Five Rhythymns Dance, and other fun stuff. He got his B.A. in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University in 2020.
In January of 2019 he started taking classes with the Boulder Psychic Institute, where he's been studying for the past 5 years and still studies today. His work at BPI helped Eshan develop his ability to visualize energy. He started offering energy sessions publicly upon becoming ordained through the school in August of 2023.
In his free time you can find Eshan exploring new natural landscapes and over salting his food in the kitchen.
